When you click on the download link for the “bracelet” you should be led to a Sim File Share page with the NelfeahCelestialWings. The links, for whatever reason, are switched. Note: When you go to download the wings from the “Celestial Fairy” pack, make sure you click on the download link for the “bracelet” package, not the “wings”. The texture is pretty great in that the feathers actually look like layered feathers. They measure probably the length of your Sim’s arm spread out, and they’re only about the size of a Female Sim’s torso (vertically speaking). If so, LunaNelfeah’s Celestial Fairy Wings fit the bill.
